This website explores activities and topics related to dealing with stress and trauma, in a series of
concise
themes , that include a short discussion of the issue, and yoga and meditations that
positively impact on related stress and trauma.

This website is also meant as an information board to share the experiences from our yoga and
meditation activities, and to post information on what coaching and training
activities and services
Joyful Balance can offer. These can be related to stress and trauma alleviation for individuals and
groups, or in the context of human resource and capacity building activities in an organisational or
corporate context. Activities and services can be provided in a generic manner, or in a tailor-made
fashion, at your specific request. The site also offers a page with information about
events that
take place in South East Asia.

In relation to the themes and activities, the site contains information
resources that have been
developed for, or are used in Joyful Balance activities, or were found to be useful. And it includes
links to other web-based sources that may be relevant or of interest.
