The costs for facilitation and coaching services vary, depending on the type of assignment, as well as depending on the status of the client. Joyful Balance applies a sliding scale with low fees for local groups, and higher fees for government and civil society organisations, and for international organisations and enterprises. The facilitation team may have specific requirements for venue and equipment, depending on the assignment. The local costs of an assignment, such as venue, participation expenses for the participants, translation / interpretation, etc. are to be covered by the client. The client will also be responsible for organising the event, the venue, the equipment, translation in case required, and for the local arrangements for the facilitation team.
